Prior Approval was required from the Local Planning Authority to enable the conversion of a redundant agricultural barn into two dwellings.
Wessex Planning demonstrated that the proposed conversion fulfilled all of the Class Q permitted development criteria and addressed the additional concerns of the Council relating to visibility splays and impact on the landscape.
Permission was duly granted, enabling the redundant barn to be brought back to life in the form of much needed housing within the countryside.
