The Inspector disagreed with the LPA who considered that the black cladding for the replacement dwelling in West End was out of character with the area, instead stating that “it is the variety of finishes and individual detailing that enhances the area”.
Naturally, the Client is very pleased that the cladding can remain and that common sense prevailed.
